VISION

• Establish a shared “Lumpkin County Vision for Economic Development”
• Boost Lumpkin County “Tourism” and make it the destination of choice for visitors
• Increase Lumpkin County’s attraction to new and relocating companies to gain jobs
• Partner with the Lumpkin County School System and North Georgia College & State
• University to improve our educational process in support of economic development

TEAMWORK

• Improve citizen involvement in the decision process of our County government
• Develop an environment of mutual trust and respect between the Board of Commissioners and City government
• Conduct the County business in a transparent manner with a commitment to excellence
• Make important decisions for our County that are based on consensus and teamwork
